The Volunteers and Staff of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) grieves with the ICRC and the family of ICRC staff member Laurent DuPasquier who was killed by expoding ordnance while working in Donetsk, Ukraine. We have to have a better world. To the citizens of the world, young and old consider joining the Red Cross movement then perhaps humanitarian values and culture will probably and significantly produce the better angels within us.
