The Waiest organization was founded on the concept of simplicity and on the core philosophy that if we give you a fish you will eat for a day, but if we teach you how to fish you will eat for a lifetime. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Your own mind, your own heart, the universe is your temple; the philosophy is kindness and discipline; simplicity in philosophy and discipline in training.
