The Wellness Center and the Undergraduate Student Government (USG), have launched a new service called the Pop-Up Pantry, which is a food pantry on campus for registered UIC students. The Pop-Up Pantry offers canned goods and non-perishable items. The resource is free for students, and intended to help homeless students, low-income students, and anyone who is needs it. Please inform any student you know who would benefit from this resource. We are here to help. Location: Student Center East, rm. 604A Time: 11:00am-4:00pm Date: December 3, 2014 • Students will need their I-card. The Wellness Center, USG, and the Greek Programming Board would also like to thank the entire campus for their support ,and donations to the food drive last week. We collected over 2,000 donations for the Pop-Up Pantry. The grand opening of the Pop-Up Pantry on November 21st served over 100 students, and this was possible because of you. The dates for the Pop-Up Pantry for next semester will be announced in January.
