The West Memphis detective, Sgt. Allen, is the on call detective this weekend. That means he is there from 8-10 a.m. each of those days. He also is, apparently, the only one who can submit the Amber Alert for my niece who has now been missing 24 hours. Since his hours are over for the day, it appears that we have to wait until TOMORROW to submit the form. That means that, without some form of intervention, my 16 year old niece will not be a high priority except for those who love her and care enough to share our posts.
