The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) will certify the 207 delegates who have successfully completed the 2013 Retail Management Development Programme (RMDP) on the 19th June, 26th June and 3rd July 2014 in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, respectively. The 2014 Programme will also be launched and the 357 delegates that have been selected for the Programme will be introduced to the Sector. The objective of the RMDP is to address skills shortages within the middle management complement of the Wholesale and Retail Sector by equipping delegates with the prerequisite skills to operate optimally. The Programme is aimed at improving the pool of skilled retail middle managers.
