The Wisconsin Supreme Court will release opinions on the three major cases on Thursday. Watch the oral arguments for these cases at wiseye.org. The Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case of League of Women Voters v. Scott Walker on February 25, 2014 at the state Capitol. This case, arising from two Dane County Circuit Court decisions, deals with two closely related aspects of a single, overriding issue: the validity of 2011 Act 23’s photo identification requirements under the suffrage provisions in Wis. Const. Art. III.
