The Word is Spirit (Jn 6:63), God is Spirit (Jn 4:24) The Word is God! (Jn 1:1) For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. (Heb 4:12-13) The Word is very near unto you, so you may obey it. (Dt 30:14) When we think of God, He is with us ... Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you ... (Dt 4:7, Ja 4:8) God is a Spirit (Word), and to know Him better, we must practice living and walking, and Thinking in the Spirit. (Jn 4:24, Rom 8:1-12) God is Spirit (Word), and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth. (Jn 4:24) We must continually listen for Gods still small voice (Spirit) to guide our thoughts and actions. Each new day He reveals His will to Us (Ph 2:13), and we are kept in perfect peace. (Isa 26:3) When we Abide in Christ, we become the branch connected to the vine (Jn 15:1-8). Be still and know that I am God ... Let them sit alone in silence. (Ps 46:10, Lam 3:28) When we Abide in Christ, we are one in Spirit with God (1 Cor 6:17). We have the mind of Christ (Thoughts/Words), the streams of living water flowing through our thoughts ... God causeing you and me to will and to do of His good pleasure. (Ph 2:13) God has set us apart from the world, to do his will on the earth as it is in heaven ... The Great Commission (1 Jn 2:15-17, Mt 6:10, Mt 28:18-20) This is why we were created (Gen 1:1-27) so Gods Spirit could live and work through our flesh tents to accomplish His will on the earth, as it is in heaven. (Jn 14:26, 1 Co 3:9, Mt 4:10) We must desire nothing more than this for the short time we have left here in the earth, before Our dust returns to the ground it came from, and our Spirit returns to God who gave it. (Ecc 12:7) God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him ... But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Heb 11:6) Vanity! Vanity!
