The Word was Christ Jesus our Lord Himself. (John1:1) In the beginning was the Word ,and the Word was with God,and the WORD WAS GOD. Where does the beginning of our knowledge of Jesus Christ begin?All of us have a certain knowledgr and understading of WHO CHRIST IS,even as the authors of the Gospels portray Him.But it is important and essential at some point in our life that we evaluate our knowledge of Him.In order for us to grow spiritually beyond our present knowledge of Him we will have to be honest with ourselves and with God .For most ,the beginning of our knowledge of Christ ,and Who He is ,starts in a womb of a virgin born in a manger.Johns beginning in the first verse is the beginning of God,before the creation of the world.This is the place we need to begin in our understanding of Christ eternal existence in the eternity past even before any creation existed the Creator Himself Christ already existed,if we are going to understand Him as our Eternal Life and know Him as our ALL and in ALL.Amen!
