The World Championship this weekend contests the last Grand Prix before the flyaway rounds. The fourteenth event of the season will take place at the MotorLand Aragon circuit, where MotoGP series leader Marc Marquez has a chance to claim a twelfth win of the season at a circuit where he has been victorious twice. Doing so would see him equal Mick Doohan’s feat of a dozen wins in a single season, achieved in 1997. Dani Pedrosa, second in the overall standings, also knows how to win at Aragon, where he has always started from the front row and will be a candidate for glory this time around.
