The XboxOne(80) is going to use your facial data to link you to data stored on a Microsoft server, what they have essentially made is a metadata compiling machine. If your face is not recognized by the Kinect sensor they are going to ask for information. Now, add that to the fact that cell phone metadata is harvested by the phone company and is deemed warrant free data accumulation as long as its a number and not the name that goes with it. This means any agency that wishes to investigate someone can take the information from your phone metadata and compile it, then add it to data from Microsoft and through data elimination give a face to your phone number, how hard is it to get your name now....? No challenge at all.
