The Youth Mission team is on the road headed back to Cincinnati. Pray for traveling mercies. They have a long drive ahead. Update from Josh Prather: End of Day 5: we left the mission church this morning. Packed up loaded the van and cleaned the church for the next group. Breakfast was beagles and granola bars then we were on our way. It was sad to leave friends that were made during the week. It was a crazy week. God has touched these kids and brought change or a desire to be different. Thames kids have gone through a lot with our youth group and still came on this trip. My prayer is for the others that god can though them. We headed into New York to check out the city. We started at battery park, 911 memorial and then Time Sqaure. The NYPD jumped out in front of me because I whipped around a car that was moving to slow because we been doing it all week. Why should Manhatten be any different. End of the day Ansley uncle joined us for dinner at a themed restaurant where Day received a Sunday while flames and sparkerlers on it. Her birthday was Wednesday. Leaving in the morning hrading home with a bunch of kids that are changed and hungry for God. Please hold thoses kids and do not let the church give up on them because they feel that way. Love you all.
