The ability to clearly define and articulate the vision those assigned and attracted to your ministry while you are moving in the realm of power is vital to sustained momentum. For instance people are often drawn to ministries because of the anointing on the life of the leader. However, once there they become frustrated because the leader has challenges in connecting with and communicating the vision to those who have come. Thus, there is a need for training in the areas of vision casting, organizational management, strategic planning and conflict resolution even in and especially in our churches today.
