The acting minister of Education, Wike has threatened the striking union ASUU to call off the strike or risk being sacked. Hahaha dis is very funny and dramatic. Does he think this is a militery region? Some body help me wake him up 4rm sleep. In respect to that University of Abuja has been shedule to resume school on monday the 2nd of December with the acedemic calender showing exams to begin on 8 Feb. 2014. Mean while the Unibuja ASUU chairman in a telephone chat with daily trust newspaper yesterday according to this day newspaper said the Pro-chancellors of universities has no right to call them back to class as demanded by the FG. He include the university can go ahead to call all the students back to class but we the lecturers wont lecture them. He also dare the education minister to sack them if he can. With all this dramatic play, we all wait to see what will happen in the next few days. Great Nigerian student just hope that you all will resume and just to come back to school without any activity going on on campus. Wishing you all the best of luck.
