The advantage of hiring older employees is we require less sleep and really can out work the youngsters. We put me up against a 21 year old kid hired by the employment agency and I kicked his ass on the floor tiling. My ex husband laughed and say that boy is lazy. Its really bad when a 44 year old gal, a mother of four can outwork a young kid grouting tile. He was needing a break every hour and I was on the floor grouting the entire thing by myself. Kids now a days with their technology and videos. Back when I was a kid I walked ten miles to get to school. blah blah blah. LOL
