The adversary would have you think there is no hope for your life; that your sin has gotten you so far gone from Gods path that you may as well just embrace the sin nature that seems to be dominating you. But as long as you have breath in your body (which is the spirit from God), there is still hope for you. And that hope is named Christ Jesus. Dont let the fact that youve fallen, repented and fallen again time after time after time deter you from continuing to confess and repent of the sins and iniquity. If The Lord commands that we forgive our brother 70x7 times, how much less we He who gave the command forgive? As a saved sinner I know the struggles against the flesh all too well, but I also know that my Redeemer lives! Then Peter came to Him and said, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times? Jesus said to him,I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.(Matthew 18:21-22 NKJV) For I know that my Redeemer lives, And He shall stand at last on the earth; And after my skin is destroyed, this I know, That in my flesh I shall see God, Whom I shall see for myself, And my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me! (Job 19:25-27 NKJV)
