The age old adage of exercise is also an underestimated factor in health. It is something we take for granted and think we are achieving this without much effort. But if we devise a program each day for at least half an hour and try to work up a sweat doing it, it will bring about much added benefits.We need to work our bodies to a degree to keep it flexible, keep the blood circulation flowing, to enable strong bones, to stave off fat reserves / tissues, and to aid digestion. These are just some of the benefits of exercise. There are many more , like inducing softer skin, and combating the process of aging, and just generally feeling well, happy and relaxed. Exercise can also stave of illnesses and disease, it acts as a preventive measure, as with nutrition, Hijama, massage, fasting, and all the good deeds as aforementioned.
