The aim of progressive policies is not to end disadvantage but to perpetuate it. For fifty years the left have instituted policies and programs to make people dependent on the state not independent of it. The left know, that black people who are able to navigate their own course in life rather than float where the political currents direct them, will vote for the party that gives them wider waters to swim in.
