The aim of the action research was to develop health promotion pattern and process of nutrition and exercise for school-age children based on concept and policy of communitys organization the research was conducted in 2 villages of eastern part to thailand .The quantitative data were gathered by questionnaire and health - related physical fitness assessment then described in terms of frequency and percentage . In depth interview ,Focus group,and conferences were conducted for collecting qualitative data triangulation and data reflection were used to validate the data. The collected qualitative data was analyzed by colaizzs content analysis method . The results were as follows. ^_^
