The alarm rang at 2:30 am....Prepare myself and gather my cooking ingredients and utensils, plate and others. The Cell rang from the wee morning hours, Cheffy this friend of mine never sleeps now he is waiting for a doctor, Ay Naku!!!!!!. Anyway it took me 30 minutes to drive from Taytay to Quezon City Abs-Cbn compound with Drive thru stops in Mc Donald in Marcos Highway to spare. Arrive in the studio, prepare my presentation for the show, Heat up my pork adobo, Chicken Menudo and Stir-Fry vegetables. I separated some adobo and flakes for my demo. Then my turn began with the show, We had a chat, what makes a good fried rice and what is my secret, the secret is saute the rice more longer in a pan or wok so the moisture in the rice evaporate, i was plating the fried rice when former President and Mayor of Manila Joseph Estrada walk in the set and joined us for breakfast, I made him Fried Rice adobo with Sunny side up Eggs, topped with Adobo Flakes and Purple Basil Flower garnish. Bon Apetito.....Mayor of Manila.....
