The amazing thing about this Stop Portland Street Fee community is that so many people are engaged. We link to an article and people comment in wonderful, passionate ways. While we might get many likes and comments, the original post on the media’s website might only get a few. Commissioner Novick, PBOT and the Mayor’s office check those websites. If no one comments on the original post, they dont know we’re out here. We need for everyone who comments here to comment there. Click the link and make your point on the Tribune, Oregonian, Willamette Week, and other websites. Let the rest of Portland know that we are active and engaged. You can even cut and paste the same comment you leave on our page. This is one more way to engage City Hall and keep the medias attention focused on this issue. We are over 2,000 strong. We are active and committed. Let’s use the comment sections of every media outlet in the city to remind everyone that we aren’t finished until the Street Fee is finished.
