The animal behaviorists here at THE HEATHEN MINISTRY have determined the reason for a good deal of the fur and nether parts licking that cats perform. It is not a cleaning exercise in most instances. When a cat such as the Red Emperor is removed from a favored resting place, say the bed in the master bedroom; this is an act of lese majest, an insult to majesty. It is this indignity which the cat is removing from its coat. Our scientists are still researching why so much of this indignity collects in the animals nether regions.
