The annual Charity Christmas morning jog & dip is going ahead this year again, proceeds in aid of Our Ladies Childrens Hospital Crumlin.The Bus Leaving Ludden beach, taking the joggers to Bridgend roundabout.Joggers will jog down the road again at a leisurely pace ( non competitive) to Ludden Beach. Followed by a quick dip in the Swilly then as a cool down( optional). No better way to start a great day & work up a appetite for the turkey. Last year €4,500 was raised..if interested I have a few sponsor cards in the gym or Micky Bradley has a few down at the Leisure Centre.This year not only will you get a T Shirt but also a Santa medal..see attached.
