The annual Overseas Territories Joint Ministerial Council (JMC) brings together political leaders from the Overseas Territories and UK Ministers. It will meet this year in London from 26 - 27 November and will be hosted by FCO Minister for the Overseas Territories Mark Simmonds MP. In the run up to this event, we are bringing the spotlight on the unique relationship between the UK and its Overseas Territories. Each day we will be featuring a different territory: 8 Nov Falklands 12 Nov St Helena 13 Nov British Virgin Islands 14 Nov Gibraltar 15 Nov Montserrat 18 Nov Turks and Caicos Islands 19 Nov Bermuda 20 Nov Anguilla 21 Nov Cayman 22 Nov Tristan, Pitcairn, Ascension. On Remembrance Day, we will remember the vital contribution that people from the territories made to the UKs war effort.
