The annual courses will be announced very soon just finalising the dates. The level one pad man has been reviewed and updated to take into action bad habits ive noticed that have been developed. It will also include mandatory minimum ring time. Level 2 will pad man will also be out later this year and features more being sport and client specific. Corner crew course level one is unchanged Officials course is also unchanged. In addition there are specific kickboxing, Qigong, Wing Chun and Control restraint (Chin na) selfdefence workshops in the pipeline.
