The appointment of Executive Directors incharge Ugandas Public Bodies almost only from one region by the appointing/ thieving authority is partly responsible for the mess in delivering the intended service to Ugandas, I am tempted to think that Museveni and group have carefully planned agenda to not only decimate Ugandans but also hardening the service delivery process. For example the NWSC Managing Director, Dr Silver Mugisha, in his mind through his appointing boss (Museveni) was told to cut-off water supply to such a sensitive body of the country Mulago Hospital was he in his right-mind. Look at he mess in power supply, road construction, revenue collection, etc..etc...and then find out who heads such authorities, they are from one region here terrorizing Ugandans, are they the only competent Ugandans? This is bullshit and it must come to an end. Tribalists, u can attack me now!
