Once a year nail clients will take their paws to the Asians and Suburban Atlanta affordable hotels will book up and sell out. The local Disgusta hole in the wall nightlife will fill up with citi trends clearance rack raiding ratchets and primary colored 27 piece weaves that appear to be cut with school supply scissors. Snot nose kids will get an overflow of flea market bows and barrettes and little boys will finally get their buckwheat afros braided. Ohhh TAX TIME! How you bring out the seasonal splurging show offs. Well get ready for the show! It kicks off around mid February and dies down after Memorial Day weekend when all the change is spent!
