The art of forgiveness is a two part process. The first part is about uncovering the unconscious beliefs or definitions you have about forgiving and changing them to beliefs or definitions that serve you. The second part of the equation is to realign your chakras so they are flowing effortlessly and easily once again. Remember, when you choose to not forgive a person or situation you are ultimately backing up your energetic ecosystem which ultimately will produce negative emotional states. You must return to your equilibrium in order to become a forgiving person once again.
