The article below would be comedy if it werent serious. Perkins and Plumb come across to any hunter as clowns who must be making it up as they go along. Do they really think we oppose the compulsory use of GPS units because of some fear were being tracked? Strewth, even if Big Brother has the ability to home in on our GPS signals, why on earth would he bother with a few recreational hunters? Really, Perkins? Is this as good as you can do? And do you really think we cant pick a wallaby from a wapiti? A roo from a red? A koala from a cat? What do ducks in Victoria have to do with it? Duck hunting is still all but illegal in NSW, certain it is in State Forests. Your argument is pathetic. You see in your crystal ball a tragedy with stray bullets but it hasnt happened in years of regulated hunting. Yeah, we know, the end of the world is nigh... Both you and Plumb are lying about history and culture by implying hunting is a pursuit recently imported from the US. As for your beloved phrase US-style gun culture, we would expect nothing less than that youd continue to push such propaganda. Come on Perkins, lets have a response, either here (yes, we know you or your friends pay attention) or in the comments on the Posts website. Can you justify your comments with facts, or is it all ideology and doctrine?
