The article in the WSJ is behind a paywall, so I searched for it and this guy has it on his blog, in its entirety. Bottom line? the 97% of scientists agree that man causes global warming is a severely fictionalized number, offered up by people who are slippery as eels and determined to make that line commonly known without anyone really knowing how it was arrived at. It is completely phony. And not only that, even the tiny percentage of scientists they actually point to are not answering about whether its catastrophic and whether anything should be DONE about it. Theyre only agreeing that its HAPPENING. In the end, the truth about the consensus is that there ISNT one. Not that consensus is anything like science; but you should know, theres no consensus OR science that says well destroy the earth unless we start riding bicycles and living in tents and paying 95% income tax. :-)
