The article xii of the Philippine Constitution stated about the distribution of income and wealth. PDAF, DAP, CCT and many other laws of the same kind are the application of that article. PDAF and DAP was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Is it not ironic and contradictory? How in a world a sane society could implement the idea of distribution of income and wealth without the use of force and coercion of law without leading to corruption? Is it morally rational for the government(an institution of force and coercion) to distribute income and wealth?
