The atrocities being done to the Christians in Iraq are beyond inhumane!! It doesnt matter what you believe... any religion or group of radical terrorists allowed to get away with this animalistic behavior will be the end of civilization as we once knew it to be. It cant be tolerated… yet, where is the outpouring of disdain for their actions by leaders around the world or those under the same religious banner not wishing to be assumed to condone this type of behavior? Why are they getting away with this? Are we all just too tired to care anymore? Are we polarized or just simply being blinded. This type of sadistic behavior is not of God (clearly) and should not be tolerated by anyone that is able to care, love - feel something! This is not just a christian problem. History has taught us much! Hitler could have been stopped early on - and millions of lives saved… if not handled passively or ignored. He bragged about his plans in one of the most popular newspapers in Europe before he carried them out (oddly enough a Jewish owned newspaper). I mean, the bully will always test the resistance before striking. I hurt for those being persecuted. Im praying for Gods protection over all Christians around the world (since we seem to be the target of choice) and am sure well be praying for that same protection for ourselves soon enough. Im not a fanatic. I just know what time it is. My Humble Rant! -Steve
