The attitude of Australian authorities and media towards Syrian crisis is another evidence that what is happening in Syria for last 4 years is not a revolution... but rather a conspiracy against unfriendly regime... For 4 years, the authorities (and media) were silent on activities of extremists, that many of us were unable to walk in local streets safely and without abuses... Now, and within 2 weeks of raids and arrests, our streets are back to normal safety and calm... Authorities (including media) were happy to support extremists to brainwash, fundraise and send terrorists to fight in Syria for the last 4 years... but when authorities decided that game is over and conspiracy failed, they brought everything under control again within 2 weeks of actions...
