The audacity of some forks. Yes, forks, not folks, although some folks as well... That fork full of lamb, lettuce and feta must have stated at me for a full 90-seconds. And I stared back. I told my hand to put the damn fork down, but still they, hand and fork, hovered above my plate. For most folks, that one last bite might make them uncomfortable. For me, it is the first spin into a spiral that ends up in the bathroom, or in the pantry with the garbage can. After about 90-seconds I managed to put that damn fork, still full of food, back down on to my plate. Then I had to sneeze. Go me.
