The authorities and business entrepreneurs in Metro Manila should invest in this huge recycling machine. Better still, all the garbage and trash in the metropolitan cities all over the PH must be recycled far away from the cities, and turn them into something else as recycled materials. In Honolulu, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, New York, for example, the industrial zones are located so far away from the populated downtown areas! The capital of the Philippines, as the top priority project on modernization, must be relocated first as soon as possible to reduce the heavily populated Metro Manila, which one website reported as over 15 million residents! It must be relocated so far away from the Marikina earthquake fault times and very low level Metro Manila!
