The average life expectancy in Nigeria is 48 for men and 52 yrs for women, our reps at the National confab therefore are Methuselah. Non of this age bracket is representing,rather we have people with hearing,sight,knee or waist problems or at best at the departure lounge of their life. One confab member has just died at the official age of 67. Some are still in there seriously sick.Now whats the replacement clause?
