The bad thing about having a creative mind to bring ideas to life and achieve goals against insurmountable odds is that sometimes others you incorporate on the team get amnesia and forget what the goal is. These type people often want pay for what they did not do, credit for that which they did not conceive, and even at times, want to cut the person out that brought them to the table. In some instances their crass actions will stop the idea from going forth or create such a stink that others who may want to do business with you will cut you off for the perception cast by an incompetent team mate that really should not have been at the table to begin with. #HavingSomeKindofWay...FeelingSomeTypeOfWay - but, ON MY SQUARE!
