The banana bread is good so making a double recipe is the way I will probably go from now on. And our plum jam is finally finished. We have enough plums for another double batch but I ran out of sugar so we will get some later and make some more. It tastes good and now I hope it sets up like it should. I worry too much sometimes!! And Bo, Jimmy and David Carter tasted the hot pepper relish. They said it was hot but a good flavor.
