The bank have admitted in its court pleadings to making the payment out of my account in the form of a bank draft Number 111111 600012 05977380 in the sum of £25,000 without my signed order. I was a sole account holder. The judge said the bank would not get a fair trial and struck out my claim and ordered me to pay the defendant banks costs.
