The beautician at the walk in salon I go to at Walmart where best buy is pulled the racist card on mom and I yesterday. Not sure of her nationality but here is the story...we waited for 90 minutes for her to cut our hair. We signed in and waited while she gave a perm. A man if her sane nationality came in while we were waiting and said something to her. When she was done with the perm she came to us and said the man was next. She acted kind of funny about it. She asked if that wax on and shocked us. I sails as long as it didnt take too long. Another stylist seen that we had waited so long and asked what had happened. Mom told her she could cut her hair. Mom was polit but rather aggravated with our stylist. When mom was done I told her she could cut my hair as well. I told her u was ticked with the other stylist and I explained what happened. She apologized and mom and I got great haircuts by her. The one who denied our turn stayed away from us. So my question is... Do I write a letter if complaint to the manager or not?
