We pursue knowledge so we are less confused and hopefully can understand something what may look complex. This small group that study The Coffee Problem is just a bunch of fools who wanted to be lesser fools before death.. and leave the world a better place. We finally realised something.. so many people are confused secretly. We dont try to learn something to say we are expert. The irony is the more we know.. the more we dont understand. Just bunch of fools really.. looking at the universe and go wow. Important: Experience people can read situations and behaviours by just observing. There are no secrets, given enough resources anything is possible. The moment we assume we are experts by seniority, we have stopped looking outward and stared at our glorified self in old photos. This small group has no seniority and believe everyone must be treated equal. We have seen roasters with 25 years experience that doesnt understand specialty... but honest enough to say I dont understand. Respect!
