The best laid plans---sometimes change. Weather and road conditions convinced me to stay home, so I will do a modest bake on Friday. Breads: Miche: a tart, bold French sourdough with a little whole wheat for extra flavor. $6 hearth loaf Hearty Miche: a French sourdough using 70% whole wheat. This bread has a great whole wheat flavor and firm texture. $6 hearth loaf Finnish Christmas Rye: this traditional Finnish holiday bread uses molasses, candied orange peel, fennel and caraway seeds for a delightful treat. $7.50 hearth loaf The freezer inventory is included below, as well. If you would like to order any of these breads from the freezer, please let us know by noon on Friday so we can have the breads ready for you. If you would like them to stay frozen, well put your names on your choices in advance and leave them in the freezer to save time when you come for them. There is an assortment of buns in the freezer (burger buns and brat buns) for which were asking $2 a bag. Most bags have 4 buns in them.
