The best one I have heard in a long time. According to, well 4 policemen in Lesotho, I, driving on a UK license, am too qualified to teach Phase, on a learners permit, to drive. It took all 4 of them quite some time standing in a group looking at my license, to then come up with the decision. They came to the conclusion that the letters on my license, noting the restrictions of the types of vehicles I can drive, correspond to the letter that is on Phases permit and because I have more letters and can drive a wider variety of vehicles, I am too qualified to teach him!!! Since when are the letters on a EU license going to correspond to those on a Lesotho permit and since when can a teacher be too qualified to teach!!!!! Only in Africa!!!!
