The best part of my day yesterday was finding a desperate hummingbird looking for the missing feeder as I was about to replace it. I held it up for him and he came right over and landed on the perch and drank for more than a minute just a few inches fro my face. Looking at me in between sips. That was really quite extraordinary. The worst part of the day was having a splitting headache which culminated in acute pangs of nausea. I wish Id remembered my ginger tea. Oh well, feeling better now, either way.
