The best reviews are unsolicited and spontaneous… A REVIEW (SOMEWHAT) OF URICHINDERE BY A READER By Paulinus Amobi Nelson 20 Oct 2014 For a very long time I waited in anxiety for URICHINDERE by Dike Chukwumerije and when I finally got it, my anxiety peaked, I just started reading straight away. My expectations about the book were so high due to stories I heard about the book, how captivating and thrilling it was to them. Hmmm I could not wait to judge for myself. However, I could not finish reading as fast as I had expected because of so many things always seeking our limited time. I finshed reading today and I am happy because I felt the same way I believe others who had read the book and told me the story felt- satisfied. Urichindere is truly INCREDIBLE. Let me warn future readers that the book is not one to be read in public as people may think you are insane. I had a personal experience once during CDS and it was awkward. It can make you laugh reflexively. You will only realise you laughed. But that does not mean it is a comic book, it can also make you sad to the point of crying if you are a very emotional person. That is URICHINDERE. I expected it to tell my story and I was not disappointed because it did… URICHINDERE is a book that used a family to sum the story of a nation in a difficult decade. I encourage everyone to get the book, read it and thank me later. It is more than a novel, it is ur story too.
