The best thing about having my own law firm is that I am the captain of my ship and the master of my fate. The worst thing is that the buck stops with me. I am responsible and accountable for every single decision and mistake. That level of power and responsibility could be daunting if I allowed it to be that way. However, I look at it as an opportunity to step up my game, rise above the challenges and affirm the faith that others have put into me.
