The best thing about living by faith is.....you have to totally trust Jesus....Depending on Gods plan...I may be living elsewhere, when i return from Haiti Feb. 4th, as the apt. where Ive been staying for the last 9 years may be rented on Feb. 1st......God only knows.........Ive been here before...in Nov. 1985 I was given 2 weeks to leave my apt. in Columbus, Ohio......I had pledged $100.00 for Chinese Missions at the Urbana Missions Conference in 1979, when Billy Graham encouraged us, to take a step of faith.....I never got around to giving the pledged money..........with a $200.00 dollar deposite given toward a $200.00 a month trailer, and $200.00 in the bank for the first months rent..........I took a step of faith and mailed in the $100.00 dollars to fund the Chinese Mission work......Dec. 1st 1985 I paid $185.00 of my requested returned deposite on the trailer.....for my first months rent, and $50.00 deposite....had $15.00 dollars in hand, and the other $100.00 dollars in the bank......and the Chinese Mission pledge was paid...........When I left that all utilities paid including airconditioning apt. Dec. 9th 2005, to come to New York to help take care of my sick mother; 20 years later....my rent and utilities still cost....$135.00 a month......God is faithful....if we have faith in Him.
