The best thing about working with a mission-driven organization, be it as a volunteer or employee, at a social enterprise or a nonprofit, is that moment you get a call or email saying this is what this organization has meant to me, and I cant thank you, and them enough, along with a heartwarming story. William Way LGBT Community Center make magic happen in so many ways and I am prouder than ever to serve their Board!
