The best think in life is to admit ones mistake and accept correction , some body who correct you is some body who loves you and wants you to preserve your personnel dignity because sometimes the mistakes we make reduces our dignity.To my fellow south Sudanese not any administrative order or decisions are correct.It can only be correct ones it is in line or in conformity with the constitution of the land.Therefore once the Administrative decision is not in line with the constitution or the Grundnorm ,It lucks its validity and citizens have no right to obey or respect it . The citizens whom such orders affects can challenge such orders before the courts of law for the courts to determine its validity in line with the Grundnorm. and once the courts finds it not having any legal justification the court can issue an order stopping such an constitutional orders from being enforce .Therefore we should not be like the days when we were gorillars, that what we thing is right is right .It is time for us to say any thing in line with our constitutions and it is what is line with the constitution is what is right. in south Sudan if you challenge any administrative decision you are consider as enemy of the state .this behavior is wrong ,fellow south Sudanese be people who respects the constitution and admits our mistake in order to learn from those who have intellectual minds and the spirit of the law. No body is above the law, even the head of State is Subject to the constitution and once he is not respecting the constitution any citizen who loves this Nation can challenge before the courts of law.
