The best way to influence a change in political culture in any socio-economic and political enviroment is to lead by example rather than by mere political rhetoric based on unrealistic election promises. Example means the introduction of working socio-economic and political models that improve peoples lives and that have the capability of attracting the active participation of citizens in national development. Most of us are afraid of failure, however what we tend to over look is that it is far worse never to have tried to succeed. If we do not try we will never know and learn from that experience.
