The bible tells us that when two or more agree on a thing then it shall be established. Matthew 18v18 the Lord has given us the authority to bind and loose. REMEMBER that the binding and loosing starts with us on earth first and then it is enforced by God. Remember all starts with us speaking our faith . mark 11v23-24. What do you have to do, Say what God says about your situation. You dont have to go through 20 steps to decree and declare what God says to your situation. Just speak it. Your situation has to bow to the name of Jesus. The finished work of Christ on the cross. the words that you decree and declare is not based on your own strength and ability but on the finished work of Christ. What is confession. confession is agreeing with What God says about your situation. I need somebody to agree with me now as I DECREE that all your roadblocks put against your progress be demoslished by the Holy Ghost Fire in Jesus name. What is the conditions that give you the authority to decree. 1. YOU NEED to be born again. 2. Your decree must be based on faith and anchored on a scripture. 3. You need to believe that the Word is like an hammer that will break every bondages in Jesus name.
